Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kimberly moved to Berlin to be a part of the dynamic energy of a city in constant fluctuation. Her experience spans across advertising, film, digital and tech. She has worked in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Berlin, growing an extensive network. Beginning her career in digital creative agencies in the late 90’s, Kimberly was instrumental in shaping the landscape for how digital was perceived in Germany. 

With over 12 years’ experience in talent acquisition, Kimberly has coached junior to executives to build their confidence, help them recognize their potential and ensure that they receive adequate compensation. She genuinely enjoys helping professionals reach the next step in their careers.

Married with one son, she loves exploring the outdoors with her dog and good friends, staying fit with functional training, yoga, biking and pilates.
